2. Scope of Application
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Olija Vintage Luxury online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

2. Conclusion of contract
   A purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

2. Prices and payment methods
   All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include value added tax (VAT) .

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Bank transfer

• credit card

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

5. Shipping and delivery

• Shipping within Switzerland is insured for 10 CHF .

• Shipping to the EU costs 50 CHF . Additional customs fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

• Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.

6. Return Policy
   If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 5 days of receipt, provided the price tag has not been removed and the bag is in the same condition as when purchased.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the goods have been successfully inspected.

7. Authenticity Check:
   All products are inspected by experts and can also be verified through Real Authentication . The fee for this verification by external experts is CHF 40. The buyer bears the costs.

7. Data protection

• Customer data is used exclusively to process the order and is not resold .

• Personal data will only be stored until the sales process is completed and will then be deleted.

9. Disclaimer
   Olija Vintage Luxury assumes no liability for slight negligence, indirect damages or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the products.

   Olija Vintage Luxury reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The currently valid version is available on the website.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction: Swiss law
   applies exclusively . The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland .
